• 10% Buyers fee
• 7% sales tax collected at auctions unless you are tax exempt in which case we will need your tax number
• All items sold "As Is / Where Is" with no warranties expressed or implied
• No returns
• No refunds
• Please inspect all items yourself prior to bidding
• All items must be settled for before leaving the premises
• All items must be picked up within 5 days or they will be resold, unless you make arrangements with Bill
